Future of work is here. Covid, technological advances and people’s changing aspirations have transformed in unprecedented ways the modern workplace. Between now and 2027, businesses predict that 44% of workers’ core skills will be disrupted, because technology is moving faster than companies can design and scale up their training programmes (World Economic Forum, May 2023). 

Co-organised with Hong Kong Management Association, this hybrid Summit will look into the reskilling and upskilling imperative and how technology should become an integral part of learning and development in every organisation. Odilo (Spain) is a “Netflix” for education. The company has amassed 3.9 million items (books, podcasts, full courses and other materials) from 6,300 publishers in 43 languages in digital formats. Organisations (education institutes and companies) can create learning experiences using the ODILO library, from other providers or their own content and in all possible formats. This makes it scalable and much faster to create customized experiences without format or copyright restrictions.
